I'm Dana, a student web designer, graphic designer and occasional photographer, and this site is to show off my work. I build clean, attractive, user-friendly websites that comply with the latest web standards. I specialize in front-end design, accessibility and XHTML/CSS construction.
I have been working as a digital prepress mac operator/graphic designer/production artist in the printing industry for 20 years and decided to expand my horizons and explore the world of web design. I have a diverse graphic arts background with roots as a typesetter and production artist and transitioning into a scanner operator and eventually a graphic designer. As a scanner operator, I polished my skills in Photoshop such as color correcting images, photo retouching, and image manipulation. Over the years, I broadened my design background and have honed my skills by utilizing Adobe CS4 Design Suite. Currently, I work at night in a printing company and take classes during the day.
